Role and Responsibilities:
Industrial Automation (Delta):
Focus on sales and support for Delta automation products.
Develop New Customers and Identify Opportunities:
Identify and cultivate new customer relationships.
Recognize and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
Generate Leads and Create Strong Pipeline:
Actively seek out and generate new leads.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Understand Customer’s Application and Identify Sales Opportunities:
Analyze customer applications to identify potential sales opportunities.
Provide solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
Improve Customer Relations:
Strengthen relationships with customers in designated geographical territories.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Identify and Convert Key Opportunities:
Identify significant sales opportunities.
Strategically convert opportunities into sales.
Prepare and Present Technical Presentations:
Create and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
Demonstrate the value and benefits of Delta automation products.
Monitor Competition:
Closely monitor market competition.
Provide timely reports on competitor activities to the team leader.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work effectively with other teams within the organization.
Support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Deliver Business Results:
Achieve business results as per the strategic plan.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Implement strategies to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals.
Follow Internal Sales Processes:
Adhere to the company’s internal sales processes and protocols.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies.
Regular Reporting:
Update sales visit plans, visit reports, opportunity lists, and account lists regularly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
Additional Tasks:
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably in industrial automation.
Technical Acumen: Basic understanding of industrial automation technologies, particularly Delta
products.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Problem-Solving: Effective at identifying customer needs and proposing solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
