What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing, commissioning, and maintaining plastic auxiliary equipment at client sites.

• Troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance of molding and auxiliary machinery.

• Building trust with clients by providing timely, reliable, and effective technical support.

• Offering guidance on equipment upgrades or additional solutions based on client needs.

• Maintaining accurate service records and sharing feedback with our internal teams.

• Collaborating closely with both sales and technical departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

We’re Looking For:

• Education: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience with plastic auxiliary equipment or molding machinery.

• Industry Background: Prior experience with companies like Shini, Bry-Air, Prasad Group, Wittmann, or TNT is a strong plus.
