About the Role
We’re hiring a Field Sales Team Lead to drive paid merchant acquisitions, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure consistent business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and on-ground sales experience who can motivate and guide a team toward achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct daily meetings to review performance and drive productivity.
Manage end-to-end team operations – hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
Drive B2B client acquisition through consultative selling and product demos.
Track sales funnel performance and optimize conversion rates.
Conduct joint client visits and ensure on-ground execution.
Maintain timely and accurate reporting.
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate (Minimum 60% in Graduation or 12th).
2–4 years of relevant experience in field sales (experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Sulekha, or Justdial preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage sales teams and meet aggressive targets.
