Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales: Acquire and grow industrial clients & dealer-distributor networks.

• Sales planning: Set targets, plan tours, strategize market penetration.

• Lead generation: Database mining, cold calls, social media, exhibitions.

• Negotiation & closure: Prepare proposals, pitch solutions, finalize deals.

• CRM management: Maintain lead pipelines, client interactions, sales forecasting.

• Client support: Provide after-sales support and relationship management.

Desired Skills:

• Strong discipline, persistence & customer-centric approach.

• B2B industrial sales expertise (especially PPE, medical disposables, safety products).

• Excellent negotiation, product demonstration & compliance selling skills.

• CRM tool proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Graduate (Science/Engineering/Commerce preferred).

• Preferred: MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales) or certification in Industrial Safety/PPE.

Languages:

• Fluent in English, Hindi & one regional language.
