Job Description: Long Arm salesperson HAL Brand Store
The Long Arm Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring brand visibility both inside and outside the store. This role involves reaching out to architects, interior designers, contractors, and local dealers to generate leads and bring walk-ins to the store, while also supporting in-store conversions and customer service.
· Sales & Business Development
· Drive sales of decorative and architectural lighting products at the brand shop.
· Identify and generate leads from architects, interior designers, contractors, and project houses.
· Visit potential customers and promote products to bring footfall to the store.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Customer Engagement & Service
· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lighting solutions.
· Build long-term relationships with key clients and influencers in the market.
· Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business.
· Store Support
· Assist the store team in customer demonstrations, presentations, and closing sales.
· Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to influence and build trust with architects, designers, and contractors.
· Passion for sales and customer engagement.
· Knowledge of decorative and architectural lighting (preferred).
· Graduate in any discipline (preferred: sales/marketing background).
· 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in lighting, electricals, interiors, or allied industries.
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is an advantage.
