Job Overview:

We are looking for a presentable and confident female candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting products, provide excellent service, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Understand client needs and recommend suitable bath and sanitary products.

• Explain product features, pricing, and specifications clearly.

• Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom remains organized and appealing.

• Handle billing, quotations, and basic follow-ups with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams for order processing and delivery updates.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate / Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years in showroom sales, retail, or customer service (experience in sanitaryware/home décor preferred).

• Communication: Excellent spoken English and Hindi/Telugu.

• Personality: Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly.

• Other Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software).

Working Days & Timings:
