Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners to promote our products.
Present and demonstrate our range of windows and doors to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional service to existing and potential customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving any issues.
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business opportunities to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the windows and doors industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
2-Wheeler Vehicle along with Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Education:
10+2 Pass and English Proficiency
