We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing efforts with effective sales techniques, building strong client relationships and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Actively seek out new clients, generate and follow up on leads, present products/services, negotiate deals, and convert inquiries into sales orders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities and market trends, and use data to refine strategies.
Support the creation, management, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media platforms like social media and email marketing.
Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor sales performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness (ROI and KPIs), and prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, creative, customer service) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales or marketing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets being an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyze data and campaign performance.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
