Job Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales & Marketing Executive. In this field-based role, you will develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and help grow our premium WPC doors and boards division. The ideal candidate is skilled at identifying prospects, following up on leads, and maximizing every sales opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales using cold calling, product presentations, and direct field visits
Build and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for building materials and interiors
Research the market, develop effective sales strategies, and identify new segments
Maintain and expand a robust client database
Report sales performance and customer feedback to management regularly
Job Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in sales or marketing, preferably in building materials, interiors, or industrial products
Graduation (any stream); MBA/Marketing diploma is a plus
Knowledge of sales techniques (cold calling, field visits, B2B/B2C approaches)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
Basic computer proficiency and ability to use sales technology
