Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing professional is responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing brand visibility, and building strong client relationships through strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns. This role requires a balance of sales execution and marketing creativity to achieve organizational targets and ensure long-term business sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales successfully.
Monitor sales performance against targets and prepare periodic sales reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and CRM data.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email, and social media marketing.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer preferences.
Create promotional content, brochures, presentations, and advertising materials.
Organize events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize results.
Support brand development initiatives to maintain a strong market presence.
