The Kaizen Group is a dynamic and growing manufacturing startup based in Dehradun, specializing in high-quality Glass Domes, PVC Domes, and PC Domes. We are looking to expand our reach and influence in the public sector by onboarding a motivated and professional Sales and Marketing Executive to lead our business development initiatives through government tenders and direct engagement.
Identify, approach, and engage with government departments and officials to generate business through tenders and direct sales.
Understand government procurement processes and tender requirements related to our products.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on tender applications.
Promote and market our range of products to relevant authorities.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in government bodies and agencies.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and outcomes in CRM or designated systems.
Provide timely reports and updates to the management team.
Gender: Male candidates only
Language Skills: Must speak and understand good English
Experience: Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
Education: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred)
Travel: Willing to travel for meetings and field work (Travel allowance provided)
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Understanding of sales cycle and government tendering process
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication, etc.)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Work Days: 6 days a week
Location: On-site (Rajpur Road, Dehradun)
Travel Allowance: Provided for field visits
