We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products/services, driving sales, building client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote products/services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, CRM tools).
