Position Overview:

We are seeking self-motivated, goal-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to join our expanding team. Candidates should be enthusiastic about the Green Technology industry, especially in the construction and building materials sector, and ready to work across diverse geographies.

Work Locations:

Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Gujarat

(Recruitment will be conducted from our Pune Corporate Office)

Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Fresh Graduates (B.Com / B.A. / BBA preferred; others welcome)

Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of sales/marketing experience

Language Preference: Marathi & Hindi preferred; basic English a plus

Other Skills: Local market knowledge, willingness to travel, interest in fieldwork

Personality: Self-starter, strong communicator, goal-focused

Key Responsibilities:

Meet and develop business relationships with dealers, government contractors, and builders

Promote AAC blocks, mortars, and plasters in the assigned territory

Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to the Area In-Charge

Report market trends and feedback from stakeholders

Maintain records of daily field activities and visits
