We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to represent Arolube, a premium brand in automotive and industrial lubricants. The ideal candidate will actively develop new clients, strengthen relationships with distributors, and drive sales across Rajasthan.
Promote and sell Arolube lubricants to retail shops, service centers, and industrial clients
Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors
Conduct regular field visits to existing clients for order generation and product updates
Achieve monthly sales targets and report field activity to the sales manager
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper brand visibility in the market
Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to shape local strategy
1–3 years of sales experience in automotive or FMCG field preferred
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to travel within assigned territory (Jaipur/Rajasthan)
Self-motivated with a focus on results and relationship building
Basic understanding of lubricants and car care products is a plus
