Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead follow-ups.
Promote hospital services, specialties, doctors, and packages to clinics, doctors, corporates, and other healthcare providers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and medical professionals.
Plan and execute promotional activities and outreach programs (e.g., camps, seminars, CMEs).
Represent the hospital at external events to build visibility and awareness.
Collect market intelligence and competitor data to help develop effective marketing strategies.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
Coordinate with CRM and reception teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding from referral sources.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to align offline efforts with online promotions.
Handle corporate tie-ups and third-party administrator (TPA) relationships, if required.
Job Requirements:
Candidates with Below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience in the sales field can apply for this role. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Candidates should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
