Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our team. This role involves directly interacting with clients, conducting site visits, converting leads into sales, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to show residential plots and layout developments to potential buyers.Engage and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, tele-calling, and referrals.Explain project features, benefits, pricing, and legal documentation to clients.Maintain daily sales activity reports and update CRM systems.Assist in organizing sales events, site visits, and community engagements.Meet weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned.Collaborate with the digital marketing and tele-calling teams to optimize conversions.Maintain a strong understanding of the market, pricing, competitors, and trends.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Kannada.Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.Should be comfortable working on weekends (weekly off during weekdays).Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.Basic knowledge of using mobile apps, CRM tools, and WhatsApp for communication.Perks and Benefits:Fixed monthly salary + high-performance incentives.Opportunity to work in a growing startup environment.Mentorship and training programs to develop your career.Travel allowance and performance rewards.
