Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client meetings, promoting real estate projects, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential/commercial real estate properties

• Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing platforms

• Conduct site visits and presentations to potential clients

• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness

• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing (Real Estate preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good knowledge of the local property market

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

• Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred)
