Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through scheduled appointments and field visits.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation strategies.

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to existing customers.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activity and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum education qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome.

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (verbal & written).

• Good presentation and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.

• Customer-centric mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

• Professional appearance and personable behavior.

Other Requirements:

• A two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Ability to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

Compensation:

• Fresher: ₹2.80 LPA – ₹3.55 LPA (based on assessment).

• Experienced: Competitive salary as per last drawn CTC and performance in interview.
