The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating leads, appointments and ensuring effective marketing execution for Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) FMCG products within the assigned territory. The role involves achieving appointment targets, developing market presence, and executing promotional activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives for HUL products.
Ensure product availability, visibility and placement.
Implement marketing promotions, schemes, and trade offers as instructed by HUL / management.
Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market feedback.
Conduct regular market visits to check product display, pricing, and stock levels.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely supply and invoicing.
Prepare daily and weekly client visit reports and share with management.
Support product launches, sampling activities, field activations, and brand promotions.
Maintain strong relationships with retail partners to ensure business growth.
Resolve customer or retailer queries in a timely manner.
Minimum Graduate (preferred: BBA / Marketing specialization). Any
1–3 years of experience in sales
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of product and requirements.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, Reporting Tools).
Two-wheeler with driving license preferred.
Monthly sales achievement vs. target.
Number of outlets covered and activated.
Product visibility and merchandising score.
Execution of promotional and trade schemes.
Customer/retailer satisfaction.
Market feedback and reporting accuracy.
