Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and superstocks. • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction andretention.3. Market Analysis:• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understandcustomer needs and preferences.• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide feedback tomanagement.4.
