This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in New Delhi. The Salesperson will be responsible for conducting face-to-face client meetings, identifying potential customers, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Everbond Paints' product offerings to effectively address customer needs during the sales process.
Qualifications
Proven sales expertise, including lead generation, account management, and closing strategies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients
Skills in negotiation and problem-solving to identify and meet customer needs
Understanding of the paints and coatings industry is advantageous
Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and meet sales targets
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
