Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and acquire new residential, commercial, and industrial clients for ISP services.
Solution Selling:
Understand customer needs and propose suitable internet services and solutions, often involving technical aspects.
Sales & Closing:
Pitch products, negotiate prices, and close sales contracts to meet or exceed sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring their satisfaction with ISP services.
Market Awareness:
Act as a brand ambassador, stay updated on market trends, and identify opportunities within assigned territories.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as engineering or support, to deliver comprehensive solutions and resolve customer issues.
Reporting:
Manage and update sales pipelines and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
