We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Thermofriz Product company. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14000 - ₹18000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outside sales operations across the Jaipur to Rewari route

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local dealers, retailers, and shops

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned area

• Work remotely from Jaipur but visit the Faridabad head office 3 times a month (once a week)

• Provide daily/weekly updates to the reporting manager

• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall sales growth

• Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner in the field

Job Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Jaipur with good knowledge of nearby areas (especially Rewari)

Minimum 2–4 years of outside/field sales experience

• Strong connections and networking with local dealers, shops, and distributors

• Willing and able to travel frequently (Jaipur–Rewari and Jaipur–Faridabad)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
