Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Area Sales Manager to drive enterprise and SMB broadband sales in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and expanding our market share in the region. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven attitude, and a willingness to actively engage with clients in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Pune region for ISP and broadband services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SMB clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
• Present and demonstrate our broadband solutions to prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans for market expansion.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand.
Candidate Requirements:
• Graduation in any field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in ISP, broadband, or telecom sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ready to travel extensively within Pune and nearby regions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
