Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team at a well-established Chit Fund company with 33 years of trusted service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing field executives, building customer relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives and field officers.

• Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Promote chit fund schemes to prospective clients and build long-term customer relationships.

• Organize local marketing campaigns and awareness drives.

• Monitor team performance and provide training or support where needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services or chit funds.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Local candidates with knowledge of the area preferred.
