Key Responsibilities:
o Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for Business Loans and Loan Against Property.
o Drive lead generation through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referrals.
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. o Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
o Train and guide the sales team to enhance productivity and performance. o Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
o Provide insights and feedback to management for product improvement and competitive positioning.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 1-5 years in sales of Business Loans, LAP, or related financial products in an NBFC or banking environment.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strong sales and negotiation skills.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to build and maintain a network of clients and channel partners.
o Knowledge of financial lending, credit assessment, and risk analysis.
o Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
