Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage sales for solar products and solutions in the assigned territory.

• Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, and dealers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.

• Conduct regular market visits to generate new leads and follow up on existing leads.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Provide regular market feedback, competitor analysis, and sales reports to the management.

• Support in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events as required.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar / renewable energy / electrical products.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of the local market and customer base in Kalahandi region.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
