Job Description:

Spectrum Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in B2B and B2C frontline sales in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products to individual and corporate clients.

Develop and manage client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.

Identify new business opportunities through networking and cold calling.

Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and competitor offerings.

Prepare sales reports and market feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in insurance sales (B2B and B2C).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be comfortable with field sales and meeting clients regularly.

Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
