Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined, target-driven B2B Sales Manager with a strong sense of leadership and operational excellence. Candidates from an Army background with a transition into corporate sales will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business development and manage key B2B client accounts
Build and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate high-value deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Strategize and execute sales plans with a mission-oriented mindset
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client delivery
Requirements:
Ex-Defense personnel (Indian Army background strongly preferred)
Proven experience in B2B or corporate sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
Strong sense of discipline, integrity, and problem-solving ability
