Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, TPAs, insurance companies, and consultants.
Maintain regular communication with internal departments to align marketing and business goals.
Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to keep Mayflower Hospital competitive.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.
Coordinate with the digital marketing team for social media promotions and campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare services, referral networks, and the local Ahmedabad market is a plus.
