Job Description
• Lead and manage retail sales operations.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets consistently.
• Analyse sales trends and market data to develop strategic recommendations.
• Grow existing retail partnerships and open new accounts.
• Conduct business analysis and deliver impactful presentations to expand product distribution and optimize shelf positioning.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Optimize profitability by product category and customer.
• Support forecasting activities and contribute to planning cycles.
• Monitor and control sales budgets and expenses.
• Regularly review sales performance data to assess opportunities and threats.
• Travel for market visits, client meetings, and store audits as required (travel expenses will be reimbursed).
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 3- 5 years of sales experience in FMCG/F&B/CPG industries, preferably handling modern and general trade. • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and expanding market reach. • Based in or willing to work from Andheri West, Mumbai. Skills: • Strong leadership, prioritization, and decision-making skills. • Excellent business analysis and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). • Ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
