Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Branch Manager
To drive sales and disbursement of LAP products by sourcing quality business from direct channels and DSAs, ensuring achievement of assigned targets and maintaining portfolio quality.
Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets for LAP.
Source LAP business from self-employed and salaried customers.
Develop leads through DSAs, connectors, CAs, property brokers, and direct marketing activities.
Conduct customer meetings, property visits, and negotiate deal closures.
Identify, empanel, and manage DSAs / connectors for consistent lead generation.
Train channel partners on Ambit LAP product, policy, and process.
Maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure complete documentation and adherence to credit policy.
Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Monitor portfolio health to ensure good asset quality and minimize delinquency.
Track competitor offerings, pricing, and schemes to stay competitive.
Provide feedback to management for product and process improvement.
Graduate / MBA preferred.
3–6 years’ experience in LAP / Mortgage sales in NBFCs, HFCs, or Banks.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, property valuation, and local market.
Sales & negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building.
Knowledge of credit basics and LAP underwriting norms.
Target-driven with ability to work under pressure.
Fixed CTC + performance-based incentives (linked to disbursement & portfolio quality).
