Advisor/Agent Recruitment & Development:
Responsible for bringing new advisors/agents on board, delivering structured onboarding and training sessions, and cultivating a high-performance culture to support rapid organizational growth. Must adhere to predefined operational standards and quality expectations.
Field Involvement:
Identify and enlist part-time professionals to serve as advisors/agents.
Conduct client consultations and carry out in-person evaluations.
Team Leadership & Support:
Guide and coach team members in generating prospects through digital platforms, referrals, networking, and industry connections. Assist them in converting prospects into clients through direct engagement.
Drive business expansion by organizing collaborative team efforts.
Ensure each client receives tailored financial strategies aligned with their personal goals.

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree, with at least one year of experience in sales or a related field.
