About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Area Relationship Executive to be the face of URBAN PESTMASTER PVT LTD in the assigned territory. This role is crucial for our growth, focusing on building strong community relationships, securing long-term society partnerships, and driving daily lead generation for our pest control services.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Society Engagement: Execute planned daily visits to residential societies, apartments, and housing complexes within the assigned area.Door-to-Door Lead Generation: Conduct effective door-to-door activities and canvassing within societies to directly engage potential customers and generate a specific number of high-quality leads on a daily basis.Society Tie-Ups & Partnerships: Identify, approach, negotiate, and finalize exclusive pest control tie-ups or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) with Residential Welfare Associations (RWAs) and society management committees.Market Research & Feedback: Gather market intelligence on competitor activity and consumer needs, providing actionable feedback to the management team.Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, society tie-ups, and eventual sales conversion.
