We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our banking team. The role involves promoting banking products and services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned business targets. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment services.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the bank.
Maintain long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and service-related queries.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and generate leads.
Collaborate with branch teams to drive overall business growth.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
