Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Solar Sales Department. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting solar products, and closing sales to meet company targets.
Promote and sell solar panels, solar inverters, and related products to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and propose suitable solar solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide timely reports to the sales manager.
Educate customers about the benefits and ROI of solar energy.
Coordinate with the technical team for installation and after-sales service support.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and roadshows.
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the solar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of solar technology and energy systems is a plus.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech/B.Sc. in Electrical/Energy preferred but not mandatory).
Minimum 1 year of sales experience (solar or energy-related sales preferred).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is preferred.
