Reporting To: Senior Sales Executive / Sales Head

Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and sales growth. The role includes both fieldwork and office duties to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily prospecting through calls, online platforms, and market visits.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure post-sales support.
- Update CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Collect client and market feedback and report to the Senior Sales Executive.
- Support in organizing marketing activities like exhibitions, roadshows, and promotions.

Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar/electrical/industrial products.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based sales apps.
