Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to focus on B2B sales of pest control products and services. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing corporate clients, pest control companies, hotels, and other institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, pest control operators, facility management companies, hotels, restaurants, and other commercial establishments
• Promote pest control products (chemicals, equipment, traps, etc.), Fogging Machines, sprayers and services offered by SR Garden Mart
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Conduct on-site visits, understand client needs, and provide customized solutions
• Prepare and present quotations, close deals, and follow up for repeat orders
• Coordinate with the service and technical team to ensure timely execution
• Maintain records of leads, calls, meetings, and sales conversions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new products

Requirements:
• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Must be a male candidate (role involves regular field travel)
• Familiarity with Pune city geography and commercial hubs
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
• Graduate in any stream (Science or Agriculture background is a plus)
• Experience in pest control, hygiene solutions, or facility management industry shall be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English

Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week) – Field-based role
