Vijeta Vegan Ghee is a pioneering plant-based brand, offering healthier and sustainable alternatives to traditional dairy ghee. Our vision is to make vegan ghee accessible and affordable to every household across India, from rural kiranas to modern retail stores.
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive retail expansion and distribution of Vijeta Vegan Ghee. The ideal candidate will have FMCG field sales experience and strong local market knowledge.
Achieve monthly sales & distribution targets in assigned territory.
Appoint and manage retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Visit kirana shops, supermarkets, and local markets daily to generate orders.
Ensure product visibility, placement, and availability at point of sale.
Execute promotional activities and sampling campaigns.
Collect market insights (competitor pricing, schemes, customer feedback).
Submit daily sales reports and update CRM/sales tracking system.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure after-sales support.
Graduate/12th Pass with 1–3 years FMCG sales experience (edible oils, dairy, packaged foods preferred).
Freshers with strong motivation and local market knowledge may also apply.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory).
Strong networking in local kirana shops, mandis, and retail outlets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience) + attractive performance incentives.
