As a Sales Executive , you will play a crucial role in promoting financial products, especially credit cards, to walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy and through field visits. The role involves both in-store sales and field sales efforts, giving you a diverse and practical work experience.

Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales (Apollo Pharmacy)
Engage with customers to pitch suitable credit card offers.
Clearly explain features, benefits, and usage.
Assist in collecting and verifying documents as per KYC norms.
Ensure brand visibility with promotional materials and store branding.
Field Sales
Visit residential and commercial locations, including other pharmacies, to pitch credit cards.
Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, and outreach.
Follow up with potential leads and close sales within the required time.
Operational Tasks
Maintain accurate data on customer interactions and lead conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000 per month
