We are looking for a self-motivated and smart Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Audio-Video solutions, CCTV, or similar technology sales. You will be responsible for identifying new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and visit prospective clients in and around Delhi NCR.

• Promote and sell Audio-Video integration, CCTV solutions, and related products/services.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solutions.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Achieve sales targets and report on sales activities.

• Coordinate with the technical team for demonstrations, installations, and after-sales support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales (AV, CCTV, or related technical products preferred).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

• Comfortable with local field visits (Delhi/NCR).

• Basic knowledge of Audio-Video or CCTV solutions will be an advantage.

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
