Identify and approach potential clients in need of freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics services
Promote ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, customs clearance, and inland transportation solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client requirements and offer customized logistics solutions
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or internal systems
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and freight documentation is a plus
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
