· • Expand offline distribution network across multi-brand outlets (MBOs) in assigned territory.
· • Onboard new retailers and ensure effective product placement and visibility in stores.
· • Introduce and successfully launch new product lines and seasonal collections to existing and new outlets.
· • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and store managers.
· • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product display, sales performance, and stock availability.
· • Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain clean credit records.
· • Act as the face of the brand in the market—ensuring goodwill and customer satisfaction.
· • Provide timely feedback to the internal team on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
· • Work closely with the branding and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in-store.
· • 3+ years of experience in lingerie or premium fashion brands preferred.
· • Candidates with prior experience in Jockey, Enamor, Amante, NYKD, or premium innerwear brands will be highly preferred.
· • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· • Highly presentable, confident, and proactive in approach.
· • Ability to work independently and deliver against targets.
· • Willingness to travel locally for store visits and retailer meetings.
