Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers, distributors, and customers in the Satara territory to promote and sell company products/services.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address their queries.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information and report to the management.

• Execute promotional campaigns and on-ground marketing activities.

• Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports, submitting them to the Team Leader.

• Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.

Requirements:

• Graduate / 12th Pass; freshers with good communication skills can apply.

• Proven experience in field sales is an added advantage.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Satara region.
