Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the Pimpri-Chinchwad region. The ideal candidate will actively engage with customers, understand their requirements, and promote our products/services effectively to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

• Promote and sell company products/services to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct regular field visits and maintain an updated record of customer interactions.

• Provide product information, demonstrations, and resolve customer queries effectively.

• Gather market intelligence and report on competitor activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management for timely order processing and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of the Pimpri-Chinchwad market is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Basic understanding of MS Office and sales reporting.
