🎯 Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and people-oriented Sales Executive to join our Staffing & Recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our staffing and manpower outsourcing services.
This is a B2B field sales role involving client visits, industry networking, and strong coordination with internal delivery teams. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a passion for helping businesses grow through the right talent.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Business Development (B2B Sales)
Identify and pursue new client opportunities across various industries (IT, manufacturing, logistics, etc.)
Generate leads via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and field visits.
Conduct presentations and meetings to understand client hiring requirements and pitch customized staffing solutions.
🔹 Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, etc.)
Ensure client satisfaction through timely communication and service excellence.
🔹 Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing aligned with company policy.
Maintain sales data, pipeline, and client status updates in CRM tools.
🔹 Coordination & Delivery Support
Liaise with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely candidate submissions and onboarding.
Support client-specific documentation, feedback loops, and coordination until closure.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
🔹 Market & Competitor Intelligence
Stay updated with industry hiring trends, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.
Share market insights with management for strategy refinement.
💼 Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or any related field.
1 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in staffing/recruitment or HR solutions).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle, staffing models (contract, permanent, temp), and client pain points.
Proficient in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Self-starter with a target-oriented and field-ready attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively within the city or region.
