Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate New Business Opportunities:

    - Identify and pursue new sales leads

    - Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients

    - Build relationships with key decision-makers

2. Build and Maintain Existing Client Relationships:

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

    - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services

    - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

3. Meet and Exceed Sales Targets:

    - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets

4. Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends and Competitors:

    - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

    - Apply knowledge to develop effective sales strategies

5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

    - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

2. Experience: 2-6 years of sales experience in a related industry

3. Skills:

    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    4. Personal Qualities:

    - Results-driven and motivated

    - Strong work ethic and discipline

    - Ability to handle rejection and bounce back
