Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of incense sticks to retail outlets, with a focus on general stores. Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients, particularly general store owners, to introduce and sell Pastigest Design incense sticks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting product features, benefits, and competitive pricing.
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, track competitor activities, and suggest strategies for market penetration.
Organize product demonstrations, participate in trade shows, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand visibility.
Prepare sales reports, track inventory needs, and provide feedback on customer preferences to improve product offerings.
Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and expand our distribution network.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (at least 1-2 years), preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail products like incense, home essentials, or similar items.
Strong network and connections with general store owners, wholesalers, or retail distributors – candidates with an existing contact base will be preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales effectively.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
