Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the region for our plywood division.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Prospect and engage with architects, contractors, builders, and other key decision-makers to promote our plywood products and secure new projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific sales strategies, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and product offerings as needed.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct site visits as required.
• Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients and team members.
