I. Role Objective:
To contribute to the organization’s customer growth and financial stability by actively promoting chit fund schemes, ensuring timely collection of dues, and supporting pre/post operational activities including auction and documentation. The role is critical in building trust, maintaining compliance, and achieving branch-level financial targets.
II. Educational & Professional Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any discipline / Diploma holder
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates eligible
Language: Proficiency in local language (e.g., Tamil for Tamil Nadu)
Transportation: Owns a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Computer literacy: Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile apps for reporting
III. Key Role Responsibilities:
A. Sales and Customer Acquisition:
Promote and explain DNC chit fund schemes to potential subscribers.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and localized networking.
Onboard new subscribers and ensure completion of enrollment documentation.
B. Collections Management:
Execute timely collections as per chit schedule (daily/weekly/monthly).
Maintain 100% collection discipline with proper follow-up and deposit tracking.
Ensure zero collection slippage and escalate high-risk cases promptly.
C. Chit Fund Auction Support:
Provide operational support during chit auctions.
Ensure bidder eligibility through pre-verification checks.
Assist in post-auction documentation, payment, and communication.
D. Documentation and Compliance Support:
Coordinate collection of KYC, agreements, and acknowledgment receipts.
Liaise with the documentation team for error-free and timely processing.
Maintain accurate records of subscriber data, payments, and auction details.
E. Interdepartmental Coordination:
Communicate regularly with Head Office, Branch Manager, Divisional Heads, and Documentation Team.
Ensure seamless coordination for operational approvals, issue resolutions, and customer updates.
F. Reporting & Accountability:
Submit daily reports on field activities, collections, and new leads.
Participate in branch/cluster review meetings.
Adhere strictly to compliance protocols and code of conduct.
